How do I confirm my size?
To decide, check our size chart. If you still need help, we're here to assist you!
I didn’t receive my order confirmation, what do I do?
To begin, check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, contact us and we'll confirm it for you.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay with your credit card online or pay with cash when it's delivered.
Can I get two sizes to choose from?
We can't send two sizes at once, but you can exchange your item after the courier leaves.
Can I try the products first when I get them?
Unfortunately, you can't open packages while the courier waits. However, we do allow exchanges for up to 5 days after the courier leaves.
What is your Exchange/Refund policy?
For local orders, you have 5 days from when you get your order to ask for a refund or exchange for a different size or item. There’s a fee for returns or exchanges that covers shipping, which you'll pay when the new item is delivered, unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Where is my order?
We process orders Sunday through Thursday during business hours.
If you place an order after 3 PM, we'll process it on the next business day (excluding holidays).
How long does shipping take?
Local Shipping takes 2-5 working days for Cairo and Giza.
Outside of Cairo and Giza will take 3-6 working days.
Worldwide shipping: 10 working days.
Do you have a showroom?
There is no showroom. We only have an online store where you can view or purchase any of our products. Our collection is also available on social media @asante_shop.
